These terms and conditions govern the rental of car trailer, boats and other equipment from UE Maskin &amp; Utleie.<\/p><p>1.2. By renting a car trailer, boats and other equipment \u00a0from UE Maskin &amp; Utleie], you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.<\/p><h2>2\u00a0 Rental Period<\/h2><p>2.1. The rental period begins on the date and time the rental object is picked up and ends on the date and time the rental object is returned.<\/p><p>2.2. Extensions to the rental period must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.<\/p><h2>3\u00a0 Rental Charges<\/h2><p>3.1. Rental charges are calculated based on the rental period and the type of object rented.<\/p><p>3.2. Additional charges may apply for mileage, fuel, insurance, and other services.<\/p><h2>4\u00a0 Vehicle Use<\/h2><p>4.1. The vehicle may only be driven by the person(s) named on the rental agreement.<\/p><p>4.2. The vehicle must be used in accordance with all local laws and regulations.<\/p><p>4.3. The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, off-road driving, or towing without permission.<\/p><h2>5\u00a0 Insurance and Liability<\/h2><p>5.1. The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental object not covered by insurance.<\/p><p>5.2. Insurance coverage options will be offered at the time of rental. The renter is responsible for understanding the coverage and exclusions.<\/p><h2>6\u00a0 Maintenance and Repairs<\/h2><p>6.1. The renter must take care of the rental object and ensure it is returned in the same condition as when rented, excluding normal wear and tear.<\/p><p>6.2. Any necessary repairs must be reported to and approved by UE Maskin &amp; Utleie before being carried out.<\/p><h2>7\u00a0 Breakdowns and Accidents<\/h2><p>7.1. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the renter must contact UE Maskin &amp; Utleie immediately.<\/p><p>7.2. An accident report must be filed with the local authorities and a copy provided to UE Maskin &amp; Utleie.<\/p><h2>8\u00a0 Fuel Policy<\/h2><p>8.1. The rental object must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period.<\/p><p>8.2. Charges will apply for any shortfall in fuel.<\/p><h2>9\u00a0 Return of the rental Object<\/h2><p>9.1. The rental object must be returned by the agreed date and time to the location specified in the rental agreement.<\/p><p>9.2. Late returns may incur additional charges.<\/p><h2>10 Cancellations and No-shows<\/h2><p>10.1. Cancellations must be made according to rental agreement, to avoid charges.<\/p><p>10.2. No-shows may result in a charge equivalent to one day\u2019s rental.<\/p><h2>11\u00a0 Privacy and Data Protection<\/h2><p>11.1. The renter\u2019s personal data will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.<\/p><p>11.2. Personal data may be shared with third parties for the purpose of the rental agreement.<\/p><h2>12\u00a0 Governing Law<\/h2><p>12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].<\/p><p>12.2.
